摘要(Abstract)Supercritical electric fields, in which the Schwinger effect is possible,can exist in a thin surface layer of compact astrophysical objects, such as hypothetical quark stars and neutron stars.We present recent results of kinetic simulation of the mechanism of pair creation in the electrosphere of a strange quark star. We also discuss the role of particle collisions in electrosphete of quark star and ergosphere of rotating black holes.

报告人简介(Bio)Mikalai Prakapenia, PhD(Belarusian State University, 2020), Senior Researcher at the B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus,Associate Professor at Belarusian State University, Adjunct Professor at ICRANet (ltaly). The main works are devoted to the kinetics of relativistic plasma and energy extraction from the compact astrophysical objects, such as strange quark stars and black holes.
