报告1题目: Propagation of short waves in ferrites

 

报告1摘要: We have investigated solutions of the KMM system in two cases for s=0 and s0) by the CTE method and the Painlevé-Bācklund transformation, for the case(s=0), the KMM system is integrable. There are many new type structures of solutions obtained., such as breather soliton, multipole instanton and rogue waves. Rogue waves have different structures including butterfly-type, X-type and Y-type ones. We also study in details the effects of Gilbert-damping and inhomogeneous exchange on the propagation of short waves in various saturated garnet ferrites

 

报告2题目:  Solutions of a special two-dimensional lattice by Blaszak and Szum


报告2摘要:  In this talk, we study the Blaszak and Szum  lattice equation. We first construct the matrix integral solutions for the lattice equation and its Pfaffianized system. We show that the partition function of the Hermitian matrix model with unitary invariance gives the tau function of the lattice equation. The tau functions of the Pfaffianized system are expressed in terms of the partition function of orthogonal ensemble and  symplectic ensemble, respectively. Solitons, breathers and rational solutions to the lattice equation are derived based on the bilinear Hirota method and KP hierarchy reduction approach. We find algebraic solitons and demonstrate the singular behavior of the deduced rogue waves. Dynamics of these obtained solutions are analyzed with plots.

报告3摘要:  In this talk, we will present a systematic method to derive integrable discrete systems via reductions of discrete two-dimensional Toda-lattice (2DTL) equation. First, we will briefly introduce the bilinear equations, the Lax pair and tau functions of discrete 2DTL equation, then I will show how to derive discrete sine-Gordon equation via three different reductions. Meanwhile, multi-soliton solution
