摘要 (Abstract): Lorentz invariance is a fundamental symmetry in modern physics. A large number of terrestrial experiments and astrophysical observations have been designed and analyzed to test its validity at both small and large scales. The observations of gravitational waves by LIGO and Virgo collaborations provide new ways to test Lorentz invariance in gravity with unprecedented precision. In this talk, I will introduce the newly proposed multimessenger tests of Lorentz invariance using high-precision pulsar and gravitational-wave observations, based on the effect of Lorentz-invariance violation on the rotational motion of neutron stars.
