摘要:The Ricci flow, introduced by R. Hamilton in 1982, has been proven to be a very effective tool for studying the geometry and topology of differential manifolds. As in most of the cases, the Ricci flow equation will develop singularities, understanding the singularities naturally becomes one of the most crucial problems for the purpose of continuing the flow.Appearantly, the most common singularity models of the Ricci flow are the so called Ricci solitons. In this talk, we will review the developments on the classification of Ricci solitons, which include some of our joint works with H.-D. Cao, and Q. Chen. 

报告人简介:

朱萌紫江青年学者现任职于华东师范大学2012博士毕业于美国Lehigh University主要从事微分几何和几何分析领域的研究,已在Math. Ann.Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.J. Func. Anal.J. Geom. Anal. 等国际著名杂志上发表多篇学术论文。
