报告人简介:贾洁敏(1979- ), 浙江温州人,神经生物学科研工作者。2002年毕业于浙江师范大学,获得学士学位;2009年获得中国科学院上海神经科学研究所神经生物学博士学位,随后在美国国立卫生研究院从事博士后研究;2014年至今,作为德克萨斯州立大学西南医学中心助理讲师从事卒中过程中脑血管病变的研究。2017年暑假全职回到西湖高等研究院基础医学研究所,担任助理教授一职,继续从事脑内血管神经研究。
报告简介:Perinatal arterial ischemic stroke (PAS) occurs with an incidence of 1:5000. The brain repair mechanism of after PAS is still unclear. Neurovascular unit, composing of endothelial cell, mural cell (smooth muscle cell and pericyte), endfoot of astrocyte and neuronal axon, is of utmost importance to brain functions. Due to difficulty of artery-related surgery on mouse pups, we developed an approach of SIMPLER that is stroke induced by magnetic nanoparticle loaded RBC (red blood cell). It occluded distal MCA with magnetized red blood cells. We will continue use SIMPLER to study the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the dynamic injury and repair process and cellular mechanism of neuron and vascular smooth muscle cells during brain injury and repair through a newborn mouse stroke model, and to provide a theoretical basis for perinatal stroke treatment.
