Abstract: Nowadays the idea that there exist some deep connections between thermodynamics and gravity has been accepted widely. We prove that the general maximum entropy principle of perfect fluid both in Einstein theory and other modified theories. The thermodynamical criterion can be obtained by the second order of total entropy, and the dynamical criterion can be obtained by Wald's formalism. We also prove that these two criterion are exactly the same both in Einstein theory and modified theories.
