　报告摘要：

Given a sequence of numbers, one may form a Dirichlet series. The structure of those numbers is detected by the analytical properties of the Dirichlet series. In this lecture, I will explain how the theory of automorphic forms and the Langlands program get deeply involved in the investigation of such a classical problem.

江迪华教授简介：

江迪华教授是研究自守表示理论及Langlands纲领的世界著名专家。他于1994年在俄亥俄州立大学获得博士学位。先后在伯克利美国国家数学研究所做博士后、耶鲁大学做Gibbs Instructor。曾两度访问普林斯顿高等研究院。于2004年晋升为明尼苏达大学正教授。他的研究工作曾荣获Sloan研究奖、并连续25年获得美国国家自然科学基金的资助。他的研究结果发表在包括 Annals of Math., Invent. Math., Journal of Amer. Math. Society, Journal of European Math. Society 等世界著名数学杂志。
